Here, you can find the code in GAMS and the code in Matlab for “On the Social Cost of Orbital Debris”. Important: Terminal conditions are different. In the GAMS code, we use the terminal condition based on a last period modified discount factor and final investment restrictions. In the Matlab code the investment rates are fixed to a minimum value for the last 25 years.
